Who you are dealing with
This service is operated by Neon Atlas Limited (company number 17390701), registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 61a Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom. "mintelligence", "we" and "us" mean that company.
What the tool does
mintelligence totals your sales, fees and postage for the 2025-26 tax year (6 April 2025 to 5 April 2026). You can connect an eBay or Etsy account, and our server then reads your sales records from that platform, read-only, with your permission. You can also add CSV exports, which are read in your browser and not uploaded. You can add your own entries, such as stock you bought to sell. The totals are a working aid. They are not tax advice, and they do not tell you whether you owe tax.
mintelligence is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay Inc. The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.
You are responsible for checking the figures and for what you put on your tax return. HMRC's rules decide what you report.
Paying for the full sheet
The free totals are free. The full box-by-box sheet, the method comparison, the printable page and the categorised CSV cost £9.99 once. Payment is taken by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and is the seller for that sale. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.
Using this site
Use the tool for your own sales records. Do not attempt to break the service, interfere with other people's use of it, or test it in ways that load the server heavily.
No warranty, and the limit on liability
The service is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Liability for loss arising from using the service, or from relying on its output, is excluded to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
Reporting a security problem
Report a vulnerability to hello@neonatlas.uk and give us a reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else. Test only against your own data, and do not run denial of service or heavy automated scans.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
