1 Add files
Drop your CSV exports here, or choose files.
Where do I get these files?
eBay: on a computer, go to Seller Hub, Payments, Transaction reports. Pick a start date, end date and transaction type, then Create report. eBay emails you when it is ready, and you download it from the same page. Download one file per quarter or month.
Etsy: in Shop Manager, go to Finances, Monthly statements, then View all monthly statements. Pick a year and month, choose Generate CSV, then use the download link in the email Etsy sends. You get one file per month. If the download shows an error, try again later.
PayPal: on a computer, log in and go to History. Click the Download icon, choose Custom, pick a report and follow the prompts, then choose CSV. A report can cover up to 12 months. Large reports can take up to 5 business days, and PayPal emails you when they are ready. If PayPal offers a balance affecting option, choose it.
Vinted: Vinted has no export. Add your Vinted sales total as an entry below, from Wallet, Transaction History.
2 Check columns
Each file needs a date and an amount. We have guessed the columns: change any that are wrong.
3 Add anything else
Stock you bought to sell is not in eBay or Etsy data, so add it here. Vinted has no export: add your Vinted sales total from Wallet, Transaction History.
